Job summary

Cog n izant is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale design, governance, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions from a remote US position. You will collaborate with executives and delivery teams to modernize platforms, ensure security, and drive IT transformation across global clients.

The ideal candidate brings 20+ years in IT, 10+ years in ServiceNow architecture, and strong leadership with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 20+ years IT experience with enterprise technology consulting & architecture.
• 10+ years hands-on ServiceNow architecture & implementations.
• Proven success leading multiple enterprise-scale ServiceNow projects.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, governance, integrations, security.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, strategy, and delivery for large-scale ServiceNow transformations.
• Define scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Architect and guide ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping implementations.
• Drive integration strategies between ServiceNow and cloud/enterprise apps.
• Partner with executives and teams to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight throughout the lifecycle.
• Support solution development, estimation, and client workshops with a focus on modernization.
