Job summary

Stellent IT LLC seeks an experienced Senior ServiceNow Leader to design, develop, and own the ServiceNow platform. You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure workflows and governance across modules like Incident, Change, CMDB, and Asset Management.

Qualifications

Lead candidate with close to 14–15 years of experience.
7+ years hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
Expert knowledge of ITIL-based ITS processes.
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow Studio.
Strong background integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Proven experience leading platform-level initiatives and technical decision making.
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

Architect and administer ServiceNow core modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management).
Design and implement advanced workflows and custom apps; develop scalable scripts.
Build and maintain secure integrations with enterprise systems (REST/SOAP, OAuth, MID Server).
Lead CMDB data modeling, reconciliation, classification, and CI lifecycle improvements.
Oversee upgrades, patches, and platform reliability with minimal disruption.
Produce design docs, runbooks, and admin guides; mentor junior staff.
