Job summary

Northramp LLC in the United States seeks an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer/Architect to lead design, development, and optimization of enterprise ServiceNow solutions across HAM, SAM, SPM, ITSM, and HRSD. You will define platform architecture roadmaps, establish governance, and drive scalable, secure implementations.

The role requires hands-on development, code reviews, and mentoring of junior engineers while partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust ServiceNow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow solution architecture experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Proven delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong expertise in HAM, SAM, SPM, ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture roadmap.
• Establish development standards, governance, and best practices.
• Lead solution architecture reviews and technical design sessions.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Design, develop, configure, and support complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop custom applications, integrations, workflows, business rules, and catalog items.
• Configure Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, Employee Center, and Workspaces.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards.
