Job summary

Healthtech Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to design and lead implementations across ITSM, CSM, ITOM and related areas. You will define roadmaps, oversee architecture from design to deployment, and provide hands-on support as needed in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, developing integrations (SSO, LDAP, REST/SOAP), building UI/workflows, and documenting best practices. Remote position with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• CSA certification required; CAD preferred; CTA certification preferred.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, App Engine.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and specifications for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, CSM, ITOM and related areas.
• Oversee architecture delivery from design to implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, advise on best practices, provide hands-on support.
• Develop integrations and UI/workflows; configure service catalog and portals.
