Zusammenfassung

SmallArc, Inc is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and support enterprise-grade ServiceNow applications. You will collaborate with product owners, service managers, and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure platform solutions.

The role requires deep platform expertise, leadership, and mentoring of junior developers while upholding governance and upgrade readiness. Remote work is allowed, with local candidates given strong consideration.

Qualifikationen

5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise environments
3+ years building custom apps with App Engine Studio
3+ years Agile/sprint delivery experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, or related field preferred
ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications; ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent ITSM experience

Aufgaben

Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications across environments
Partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Maintain and enhance existing apps with focus on stability, performance, and upgrade compatibility
Review and approve development work to ensure platform standards and security
Support platform upgrades and resolve development-related issues from new releases
Contribute to platform documentation, architecture decisions, and runbooks
Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term corrective solutions
Participate in change review and release governance
