Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of our ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom apps. The role requires senior-level architecture and stakeholder influence across engineering, business, and executives.

The ideal candidate has enterprise-scale ServiceNow experience, can shape multi-year roadmaps, and will drive standards for data, integration, security, and customization to keep the platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 12+ years of ServiceNow experience with architecture or technical leadership.
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and data model.

Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom apps.
• Lead architecture reviews, design approvals, and governance for changes.
• Establish data models, CMDB design, and integration standards.
• Drive platform upgrades, release planning, and performance improvements.
• Mentor developers, admins, and tech leads on best practices.
