Hire'in Solutions seeks a Senior Servicenow Technical Lead/Architect to drive SAM and ITAM initiatives remotely. You will collaborate with the CIO team to define priority SAM features, including Workspace and license management, and deliver entitlement plans for multiple products.

The role requires extensive experience with ServiceNow, integration approaches, and governance processes for onboarding new software, ensuring accurate data mapping and compliant usage across customer environments.

Competenze

• Experience with ServiceNow SAM features and ITAM processes.
• Strong knowledge of license management and SAM Workspace.

Mansioni

• Works with CIO team on SAM features to identify priority capabilities.
• Delivers the Phase 1 entitlement plan for 24 in-scope products and a governance SOP for onboarding new software.
• Supports the SAM playbook covering onboarding of new software products.
