Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to drive solutioning, client engagement, and pursuit leadership across the US market. You will partner with sales and delivery teams to craft innovative, value-driven solutions and articulate TCS's value proposition to executive stakeholders and shape winning opportunities.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementations, defining architectures, and mentoring the team to deliver ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow implementation and transformations.
Knowledge on ServiceNow platform assessment and best-practice recommendations.
Experience with ServiceNow platform security, authorization, and continuous monitoring.
ITIL process definition and integration solutions at architecture level.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementations and transformation programs across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM, SAM, and CMDB.
Architect and design ServiceNow solutions aligned with customer requirements and industry standards.
Review development work and enforce coding standards; mentor team members.
