Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of software development experience required.
• Fluency with ServiceNow development, scripting, and ITSM/EA/APM practices.
• Experience with enterprise architecture data models (CSDM) and platform governance.
• Strong integration and release-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, catalog items, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer automations.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, scalable technical solutions.
• Support platform governance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Lead multi-priority delivery in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
