The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and extensive ServiceNow development/architecture experience, with certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, and CTA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Seven years of software development and design experience, including two years in supervisory/management.
• Experience leading full platform ServiceNow implementations and governance.
• Certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, and CTA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resource Management: provide and articulate resource requirements for information system projects.
• People Management: manage staff to meet priorities and allocate personnel resources.
• Financial Management: participate in budget planning and financial decisions for projects.
• Systems & Infrastructure Management: design, develop, and optimize scalable ServiceNow solutions and governance initiatives.
• Customer Relationship Management & Leadership: engage with users to assess service quality and translate requirements into designs.
