Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Create training materials, user guides, and knowledge articles; deliver end-user training.
