Job summary

Healthtech Inc is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Sr. Platform Architect to define high-level design and specifications for enterprise implementations across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD. You will lead architecture initiatives, collaborate with clients, and guide delivery from design through implementation.

Candidates should have 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, CSA certification, and preferably CAD/CTA. Remote work is available with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform and architecture.
• CSA certification required; CAD or CTA preferred.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level design and specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
• Oversee architecture from design through implementation.
• Engage clients and stakeholders; gather requirements.
• Configure/build UI and workflows; implement integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server).
• Ensure SDLC adherence and documentation.
