Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design and deliver enterprise‑scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. You’ll own architecture decisions, drive complex implementations, and mentor teammates while promoting best practices in a global, client‑facing environment.

You will work with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, applying REST/SOAP integrations, Glide, and JavaScript in a fast‑paced delivery setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three or more years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience in large or complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and core development components, including business rules, client scripts, workflows, and UI policies.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, SPM, IRM, Security Operations, HR Service Delivery, CSM).
• Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using JavaScript and Glide.
• Own platform architecture decisions for scalability, performance, and security.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST and SOAP.
• Collaborate with business/tech stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor team members and promote platform standards.
