Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Architect (Manager level) to lead design, architecture, and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions for Financial Services clients. You’ll own architecture decisions, guide delivery teams, and ensure secure, scalable integrations and workflows across platforms.

The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and travel 40–60% to client sites. Ideal candidates hold a CS/IS/Engineering degree and a CS/IT background with 4–6 years of experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant IT experience including hands‑on ServiceNow development or architectural capacities.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM.
• Extensive hands‑on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Ability to lead technical discussions confidently with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical design of ServiceNow workflows and disputes solutions.
• Define architectures covering case management, data flows, security and access controls.
• Own solution‑level architectural decisions and trade‑offs.
• Guide and oversee technical implementation activities across delivery teams.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate with CMAs, solution architects from other workstreams, developers, and testers.
