Job summary

EY’s Service Delivery Center seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design and deliver enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. You’ll shape platform architecture, lead complex implementations, and mentor teammates to raise development standards.

You’ll collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality outcomes while contributing to a flexible, hybrid work model across Dallas, San Antonio, and Alpharetta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Three or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in large or complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and core development components (business rules, client scripts, workflows, UI policies).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules such as IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Asset Management, SPM, IRM, Security Operations, HR Service Delivery, and CSM.
• Developing custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using JavaScript and Glide.
• Owning platform architecture decisions to ensure scalability, performance, security, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
• Designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and third‑party enterprise systems using REST and SOAP.
• Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Acting as a ServiceNow subject matter expert by supporting complex issues, mentoring team members, and promoting platform standards.
