Job summary

EY’s Service Delivery Center seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. You will mentor teammates, set development standards, and align architecture with best practices.

With 3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions, working in a dynamic, globally connected team. This role includes an on‑site hybrid setup in major US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Three or more years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience in large or complex enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and core development components (business rules, client scripts, workflows, UI policies)
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, SPM, IRM, Security Operations, HR Service Delivery, and CSM
• Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using JavaScript and Glide
• Own platform architecture decisions to ensure scalability, performance, security, and best practices
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third‑party systems using REST and SOAP
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Act as a ServiceNow SME, support complex issues, mentor teammates, and promote platform standards
