Job summary

eTel is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-scale implementations across multiple business units for federal clients. You will design ITSM, CMDB, ITOM and integrations, while guiding governance and development standards for a 75k+ user base.

U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for IRS MBI/Public Trust is required; travel CONUS/NCR may be needed to attend meetings and training. Prior federal experience and CMA/CTA certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ServiceNow/ESM architecture with federal exposure.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale, multimodule architectures.
• Certified CMA or CTA preferred; US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions across multiple business units.
• Define integration, security, data architectures and roadmaps.
• Lead architecture reviews and establish governance and coding standards.
• Mentor teams to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
