eTelligent Group is seeking a senior ServiceNow specialist to translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs and scalable solutions for federal clients in the Washington, DC area. The role covers configuration, customization, and performance optimization across enterprise environments.

The candidate will lead deployments, perform design reviews, and apply AI-driven automation (Now Assist) to improve service delivery while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of ServiceNow experience, 2+ years in a Federal context.
• Translate enterprise business requirements into technical designs.
• Design scalable ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
• Configuration and customization of ServiceNow.
• Perform code and design reviews for reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues in enterprise environments.
• Optimize record queries and platform performance.
• Design secure applications and integrations within ServiceNow.
• Manage deployments across DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD environments.
• Leverage AI/automation capabilities such as Now Assist.

Place of Performance: Contractor may be required to travel CONUS and within the NCR during the performance of this contract to attend meetings, conferences, and training. The Contractor may be required to travel to off- site training locations and to ship training aids to these locations.

Scope & Complexity

• Must prove they can translate enterprise business requirements into technical designs and manage deployments across complex DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD environments.
• Emphasize hands‑on troubleshooting of complex production issues at an enterprise scale, optimizing queries for massive databases (CMDB/CSDM), and implementing secure, AI‑driven automation capabilities (like Now Assist).

Skillsets

Certifications (or equivalent)
