Job summary

eTel is seeking an experienced ServiceNow/ESM professional in Washington, DC to lead ITSM implementations for federal clients. The role requires deep knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge management, plus CMDB/CSDM expertise and API integrations.

The candidate will manage update sets, deployments, and data migration, including Import Sets and Transform Maps, ensuring high technical accuracy to avoid production outages. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/HAM/SAM domains is required.
• Experience with ServiceNow/ESM platforms and ITSM modules.

Responsibilities

• Experience: 5+ years with ServiceNow/ESM Platform, 2+ years Federal.
• Configure ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge.
• Work with CMDB and CSDM; API integrations and data migrations.
• Handle Update Sets, Source control, deployments, testing, upgrades.
• Manage Import Sets, Transform Maps, scheduled jobs and data migration.
