Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow/ESM experience with federal domain exposure.
• Hands-on API integrations, data migrations, Import Sets/Transform Maps.

Responsibilities

• Configure and integrate ITSM and CMDB/CSDM within large, data-segregated instances.
• Develop using JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and script components.
• Manage Update Sets, source control, deployments, testing, and upgrades.
