Job summary

eTelligent Group LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement enterprise-scale solutions for federal government clients. You will own multi-module architectures, drive integration patterns, and enforce development standards across a large user base.

The role requires extensive exposure to ITOM/ITAM/CSM, CI relationships, data governance, and security architecture. Travel to CONUS and NCR may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ServiceNow/ESM architecture with federal exposure.
• Deep ITSM expertise including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and ITIL processes.
• Strong CMDB/CSDM experience, data governance and service modeling.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, OAuth, SSO/SAML and enterprise integration patterns.
• Ability to define integration, security, data and application architecture; produce architecture artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple business units.
• Lead architecture reviews, governance, coding standards, and best practices.
• Develop architecture documentation, data-flow diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with security and data teams to ensure scalable, secure integrations.
• Provide guidance for architecture reviews, risk mitigation, and performance optimization.

Place of Performance: Contractor may be required to travel CONUS and within the NCR during the performance of this contract to attend meetings, conferences, and training. The Contractor may be required to travel to off- site training locations and to ship training aids to these locations.

Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an IRS Moderate Background Investigation (MBI)/Public Trust.

Position Summary:

• Experience: 8+ years ServiceNow/ESM architecture; 2+ years Federal; prior ownership of multimodule architectures at n-2 currency.
• Designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple business units.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and major ITIL processes.
• Strong experience with CMDB and CSDM, including CI relationships, data governance, service modeling, and CMDB health.
• ServiceNow products such as ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, or IRM/GRC.
• Extensive integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Scripted REST APIs, MID Server, OAuth, SSO/SAML, LDAP, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience defining integration architecture, security architecture, data architecture, and application architecture for ServiceNow.
• Experience developing technical architecture documents, solution designs, data-flow diagrams, integration designs, and implementation roadmaps.
• Experience establishing ServiceNow development standards, governance frameworks, coding standards, and architectural best practices.
• Ability to conduct architecture reviews and code/design reviews and identify performance, security, scalability, and maintainability risks.

Scope & Complexity:

• Must show experience designing enterprise-scale, multi-module architectures at an N-2 currency level.
• Highlight experience defining overarching integration, security, and data architectures; establishing development and governance standards across a 75k+ user base; and conducting code/design reviews to mitigate security and scalability risks.

Skillsets:

• ITOM Implementations, Discovery, Network Operations Center Experience, CSDM/CMDB strategy, integration patterns, upgrade strategy, performance & availability.

Certifications (or equivalent): ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) preferred or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (Required)
