Job summary

EY is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead design and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions within Financial Services. You will own architecture across workflows, integrations, data, security, and performance, guiding delivery teams and translating requirements into robust technical designs.

You’ll engage with external clients, drive architectural decisions, and mentor teams while traveling 40–60% as needed. EY emphasizes collaboration, risk management, and client impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 4–6 years IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM.
• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven success leading technically complex implementations.
• Ability to lead technical discussions confidently with customers and stakeholders.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Executive communication, adaptability, problem solving and teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel 40–60%.
• ServiceNow architectural leadership across integrations, data, security and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define architectures covering case/workflow design, integration and data flows, security.
• Own solution‑level architectural decisions and trade‑offs.
• Guide and oversee technical implementation across delivery teams.
• Ensure architecture is translated into configuration and code.
• Partner with project leadership to ensure successful delivery and manage risks.
