Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to lead architecture, design, and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions for financial services clients. You’ll own solution architectures, guide delivery teams, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically 4–6 years of IT experience including hands-on ServiceNow development or architectural capacities.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM.
• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven success leading technically complex implementations.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, dependability.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define architectures covering case/workflow design, integration, data flows, security.
• Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.
• Own architectural decisions and trade-offs.
• Address complex and ambiguous technical challenges within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Act as escalation point for performance, integration, or architectural issues.
• Guide and oversee technical implementation activities across delivery teams.
• Provide hands-on leadership during critical design and build phases.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and testers.
