Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 4–6 years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture.
Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM.
Extensive experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
Proven ability to lead technically complex implementations.
Ability to lead technical discussions and travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architectural design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
Define architectures for case/workflow design, integrations, and security.
Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities.
Oversee implementation activities and guide delivery teams.
Serve as technical advisor during workshops, discussions, and reviews.
