Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 4–6 years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM.
• Extensive experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven ability to lead technically complex implementations.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architectural design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define architectures for case/workflow design, integrations, and security.
• Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities.
• Oversee implementation activities and guide delivery teams.
• Serve as technical advisor during workshops, discussions, and reviews.
