• Proven collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in regulated environments with security and compliance considerations.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategy aligned with goals, including enterprise solution and system architecture.
• Provides architectural leadership for enterprise service management and ServiceNow.
• Ensures quality of major initiatives via sound design, risk assessment, and mitigation.
• Partners with business, HR, IT, and BTS to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Reviews solution options and integrations for enterprise impact and security fit.
• Advances technical expertise through mentoring and sharing best practices.
• Identifies emerging technology trends and updates long-term planning.
• Shapes relationships with vendors and partners per corporate standards.
• Ensures adherence to security, compliance, data protection, and audit requirements.
