Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science or Technology with years of experience (as stated).
• Strong ServiceNow background in enterprise systems and solution architecture.
• Experience designing governance for enterprise service management, catalogs, HR, CSM, GRC, and workflow automation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives discipline strategy aligned with functional goals and business objectives.
• Provides architectural leadership for enterprise service management and ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensures quality of major initiatives through architectural design and risk mitigation.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Evaluate solution options and ensure security and technical fit.
• Mentor and share best architectural practices within the function.
• Identify emerging technologies and incorporate them into planning.
• Manage vendor relationships in line with corporate standards.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance policies.
