Job summary

Responsibilities include strategy development, risk assessment, and mentoring, with a focus on regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration across groups and departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Science/Technology with extensive experience in enterprise architecture.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing governance across service management and workflow automation.
• Experience in regulated environments with security/compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Develops discipline strategy aligned with business goals and architecture.
• Provides architectural leadership for enterprise service management, ServiceNow, and workflow solutions.
• Ensures quality of major initiatives through risk assessment and mitigations.
• Partners with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Reviews options and integrations for enterprise impact and security fit.
• Mentors colleagues and shares architectural best practices.
• Identifies emerging tech trends and informs long-term plans.
• Manages vendor/partner relationships in line with standards.
• Ensures compliance with security, data protection, and audit requirements.
• Contributes to multi-year roadmaps and project plans.
