Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Technology with relevant experience.
- Experience designing and governing enterprise service management, Service Portal, Catalogs, HR, CSM, GRC solutions, and workflow automation.
- Strong leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Develops and drives discipline strategy aligned with functional goals and key business objectives, including enterprise solution and system architecture.
- Provides architectural leadership and design guidance for enterprise service management, ServiceNow, and enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business needs.
- Ensures quality and effectiveness of major initiatives through sound architectural design, risk assessment, and mitigation.
- Partners with business, HR, IT, and BTS stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Reviews and evaluates solution options, enhancements, and integrations for enterprise impact, security, and fit.
- Advances technical expertise by mentoring, advising, and sharing architectural best practices.
- Identifies and evaluates emerging technology trends for long-term planning.
