AbbVie seeks a Technology Engineer to independently analyze and implement data, software, and technology solutions for precise, reliable outcomes under senior guidance. The role emphasizes ServiceNow HRSD, IT infrastructure understanding, and data warehousing strategies, with alignment to the HR domain.

You will tackle workflows, reporting issues, and develop documentation while collaborating with stakeholders and HR teams to meet business requirements and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of related experience or higher degrees with seniority.
• Experience configuration and/or development with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Experience in an Agile framework is strongly preferred.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge to carry out job functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks competently and independently and generate reliable results.
• Analyze and critique results, noting variances from best practices.
• Troubleshoot workflows, access, portal, and reporting issues.
• Demonstrate multiple techniques and modify protocols to suit HR needs.
• Understand business gaps and propose technical solutions.
• Demonstrate new ServiceNow functionalities to stakeholders.
• Support HR Acuity case management application.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for deliverables.
• Participate in requirement gathering for new ServiceNow HR requests.
• Adhere to corporate standards including data security and SDLC.
