Job summary

AbbVie seeks a disciplined expert and technical leader to drive architecture strategy and delivery of enterprise solutions. You will oversee service management, ServiceNow, and workflow technologies, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.

You will mentor teams, balance short- and long-term architectural planning, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across HR, IT, and business units to deliver sustainable technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Science or Technology; 9+ years of experience (or advanced degrees with corresponding years).
• Strong ServiceNow background in enterprise systems and solution architecture, preferably regulated environments.
• Experience designing and governing enterprise service management, service portal, catalogs, HR, CSM, GRC, and workflow automation.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives discipline strategy aligned with business goals and enterprise architecture.
• Provides architectural leadership for enterprise service management and ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensures quality and risk mitigation through design reviews and early assessments.
• Partners with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Evaluates options and ensures alignment with standards, security, and business needs.
