Job summary

Plat4mation Americas is seeking a Principal Technical Platform Consultant to architect complex ServiceNow solutions, guide delivery teams, and translate platform strategy into measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients across financial services, energy, and technology sectors.

You will lead design and implementation, mentor consultants, and contribute to presales while ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction through strong technical leadership and industry expertise.

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with complex enterprise implementations.
Strong expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
Proven presales experience including solution scoping and client presentations.

Responsibilities

Lead high-value ServiceNow engagements and translate business requirements into scalable designs.
Guide delivery teams across engagements and mentor consultants to raise delivery capability.
Drive presales efforts including RFP/RFI responses and client-facing technical presentations.
Apply AI capabilities to create practical business-focused ServiceNow solutions.
