Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Technical Architect for its ServiceNow Business Group to design end-to-end solutions and lead client engagements. You will mentor developers, guide architectural directions, and ensure governance across Fortune 500 programs while staying current with new ServiceNow capabilities.

You will collaborate with account teams to deliver value, address business challenges, and drive platform strategy within a large consulting ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience with ServiceNow in a Technical Architecture, Lead Engineer, or equivalent senior technical role.
• Minimum 8 years' experience driving enterprise IT transformation and platform strategy, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Minimum 6 years' experience leading and mentoring ServiceNow Developers and/or Technical Architects.
• Minimum 6 years' hands-on experience with architectural and engineering standards and platform governance.
• Minimum 6 years' experience with scripting on the ServiceNow platform, including JavaScript and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings.
• Lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in technical management and mentorship roles.
• Maintain process discipline and prefer order over chaos in delivery.
• Collaborate with peers and SMEs to gather information and solve technical problems.
• Influence sponsors and stakeholders with options, risks, and governance considerations.
