Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant in the United States to architect, design, develop and deploy ServiceNow solutions. You will mentor teams, own project outcomes, and drive value across enterprise platforms while maintaining certifications and leading complex workshops for clients.

As a SME, you will guide pre-sales activities, communicate with top management, and craft high-impact, differentiated solutions for large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform.
• Expert knowledge on at least two process areas within the ServiceNow platform (ITOM).
• Expert level development skills on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to drive projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead complex programs with multiple resources.
• Lead architecture and design of complex solutions.
• Lead client demos and workshops with process and technical expertise.
• Participate in pre-sales as a technical expert.
