Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Developer to design, implement, and support CMDB solutions. This remote role focuses on Discovery, Service Mapping, IRE, and governance to ensure data quality and enterprise visibility across ITOM and ITSM.

You will work with infrastructure, cloud, and service management teams, aligning CMDB architecture with CSDM and ITIL best practices while enabling seamless integrations with cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience.
• Strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Hands-on experience with ITOM and ITSM modules.
• Knowledge of CSDM, IRE, and CMDB Governance.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with MID Server configuration and cloud integrations (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CMDB solutions within ServiceNow.

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Developer to join our growing ServiceNow practice. This is a remote opportunity for professionals who are passionate about building and maintaining a robust Configuration Management Database (CMDB), enabling IT Operations Management (ITOM), and driving enterprise-wide service visibility.

As a ServiceNow CMDB Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting CMDB solutions, ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM capabilities. You will work closely with infrastructure, cloud, application, and service management teams to ensure high-quality configuration data, compliance with CSDM standards, and seamless integration across the ServiceNow platform.
