Steampunk, Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to support a federal customer in McLean, VA. You will drive modernization of IT security processes using ServiceNow, focusing on CMDB and ITSM modules, and develop self-service catalog improvements.

The role requires a self-starter mindset, security clearance eligibility, and 5–10+ years of enterprise IT experience with ServiceNow. Expect governance, dashboards, and automation to enhance policy compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's with 5+ years or no degree with 9+ years, as stated.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Designs and matures CMDB, ITSM, and other ServiceNow modules by applying updated policy and workflows.
• Drives development of business processes into ServiceNow applications to create self-service catalog improvements.
• Designs solutions within the ServiceNow environment for applications, forms, workflows, UI, Business Rules, ACLs, Catalog Items, and related configurations.
• Supports ServiceNOW data loads, transform maps, and XMLs.
• Develops and maintains process mapping across organizational boundaries.
• Translates requirements into fully functional features with team leads and stakeholders.
• Documents current processes and re-designs them in custom ServiceNow workflows to improve efficiency.
• Develops and maintains ServiceNOW and JIRA dashboards for performance reporting.
• Uses Agile methodologies for ServiceNow development and maintains Dev-Test-Prod pipelines.
