Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Service Transition Manager in the United States to lead end-to-end transitions for AMS, Application Development, and managed services. You will drive planning, governance, knowledge transfer, and handover to steady-state operations, coordinating with offshore teams and clients.

You will also support sales pursuits, develop transition approaches, staffing models, and multi-tower plans, and push automation and AI-enabled practices to improve delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT services experience with 5–10 years in Transition roles (senior level).
• Experience managing large, complex transitions for Application Support, AMS, and Development.
• Proven client-facing experience leading workshops, executive presentations, and solution-defense sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transitions across AMS, Application Development, and operations.
• Develop integrated transition plans with milestones, resources and exit criteria.
• Manage governance, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
