Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience with at least 8–10 years in Program Management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects and programs from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, operations, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, milestones, and timely delivery; mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Drive governance meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership.
