Job summary

Aquatech International LLC is seeking a Senior Service Delivery & Transition Manager to lead the seamless transition of O&M, BOO, and Performance Chemicals contracts into stable service delivery across North America, South America and Europe.

You will oversee staffing, budgets, and readiness with multiple functional teams and report to senior leadership. The role requires strong leadership, contractual acumen, and proven program management in a large matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience in industrial project delivery, contract management, service mobilization or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; an engineering degree is not required.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated transition plans for O&M, BOO and Performance Chemicals contracts, including milestones and readiness requirements across multiple projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, projects, commissioning, O&M, procurement, legal, and quality to secure commitments and drive actions to closure.
• Serve as principal customer contact during transition, manage expectations, document decisions, and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate staffing, site readiness, and operating procedures with Field Service Director and operational leaders; ensure handover to the receiving owner.
