Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Managed Services Transition Manager to lead day-to-day execution of complex client transitions into Baker Tilly Managed Services. You will work with the Transition Leader, client stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate the transition strategy into a stable, scalable operation.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in managed services or transition programs.
• Experience leading large, multi-workstream transitions with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge transfer, readiness, and handover processes.
• Experience in back-office transitions (finance, HR, payroll) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate transition strategy into an integrated execution plan with milestones.
• Coordinate across client, Baker Tilly delivery, technology, and third parties.
• Lead mobilization, knowledge transfer, service rehearsal, cutover and stabilization.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities to accelerate transition while maintaining controls.
• Ensure staffing, technology, and processes support the operating model.
• Establish governance, RAID, and executive reporting for the transition.
• Deliver go-live readiness and formal handoff to steady-state operations.
