Job summary

DoorDash Labs in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Senior Service Technician to diagnose complex robotic faults and perform advanced repairs on electrical systems and control units, with minimal supervision. You will document diagnostics in our service management system, mentor Level 2 technicians, calibrate tools, and prioritize a heavy workload on the AM shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM), five days a week including at least one weekend day.

Experience with JIRA or MaintainX is a major plus, and a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of service work experience.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and clear MVR.
• Experience with electric or autonomous vehicles, robotics, or aircraft is a plus.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics and diagnostics.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex faults in robotic systems and support vehicles.
• Perform advanced repairs on electrical systems and control units.
• Document diagnostic processes and repair details in the service management system.
• Mentor Level 2 Technicians and provide on-the-job guidance.
• Calibrate, configure, and maintain diagnostic tools and test equipment.
