Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of vehicle maintenance experience, including trucks or fleet vehicles.
• Strong understanding of vehicle components and warning signs for malfunctions.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair basic vehicle failures.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repairs on a fleet of box trucks, cargo vans, pickups, and sedans.
• Diagnose and perform minor repairs, including battery jumps, tires, bulbs, fluids, and simple malfunctions.
• Retrofit vehicles with equipment for robot operations.
• Transport vehicles or coordinate towing for advanced repairs.
• Document vehicle issues, troubleshooting, repairs, and resolutions.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and laws for drivers.
• Collaborate with robot operations and service teams to diagnose and repair issues.
• Proactively identify improvements to maintenance processes.
