Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Sr. Service Technician who will maintain and repair multifamily communities. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and safety systems to ensure high-quality appearance and operations.

The role includes inspecting units, coordinating renovations, supervising junior techs, and promoting safe work practices while ensuring compliance with housing regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years maintenance technician experience.
• Experience in multi-family housing is helpful.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and follow instructions.
• Capability to perform basic arithmetic and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Organize and perform general duties, preventative maintenance, and repairs to standards.
• Respond to problems with repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.
• Inspect vacated apartments and coordinate renovations and re-inspections.
• Routinely inspect grounds and buildings to ensure safety and plan projects.
• Assist in maintenance budgets and monitor tools and supplies.
