Qualifications

• 3-5 years maintenance technician experience.
• Experience in multi-family housing is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repairs and preventive tasks per safety standards.
• Respond to resident requests and ensure timely, quality work.
• Inspect vacated apartments and document required renovations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
