Job summary

Mill Creek Residential seeks a Sr. Service Technician Level III to maintain the community’s physical condition and appearance, identify problems, complete service requests, and repair systems to uphold safety and quality standards.

The role includes supervising or guiding Maintenance Technicians, assisting with budget planning, and ensuring timely, reliable service to residents while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years maintenance technician experience
• Multifamily, single family rentals, or built-to-rent experience preferred
• Must read, write, and speak English; ability to follow instructions and documentation

Responsibilities

• Organize and perform general duties, preventative maintenance, and repairs per standards
• Respond to problems with repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems
• Respond to resident requests promptly and deliver excellent customer service
• Thoroughly inspect vacated homes and document renovations
• Inspect grounds and buildings to ensure safety and identify projects
• Assist in maintenance budgets and manage inventory of tools/supplies
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Complete other duties as assigned by leadership
