Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Sr. Service Technician to maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community. You will identify problems, complete service requests, and perform repairs to keep units and amenities well-maintained.

You will lead safety-conscious, timely work, supervise junior technicians when needed, and help plan maintenance activities in alignment with on-site goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3-5 years maintenance technician experience.
• Multi-family housing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Organize and perform general duties, preventative maintenance, and repairs per safety standards.
• Respond to repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other systems.
• Inspect vacated apartments and document renovations and re-inspections.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Oversee maintenance team scheduling and training as needed.
