Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Manager to maintain the physical condition and appearance of multifamily communities. You will lead routine and preventative maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances while coordinating with on-site teams.

This role emphasizes safety, budgeting, vendor oversight, and resident service, with opportunities to develop associates and manage schedules. Compensation is $33-$35 per hour, with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years maintenance technician work or related experience.
• HVAC Certification required.
• CAMT preferred.
• CPO preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Multifamily housing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Routinely inspect community grounds and buildings to ensure safety standards and identify maintenance projects.
• Monitor inventory of tools, supplies and spare parts for emergencies.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Inspect vacated apartments, document renovations and ensure quality.
• Respond to resident requests with timely, courteous service.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance and service requests.
