Job summary

Bridge Property Management seeks a Service Technician Specialist, Level 3 in Dallas to handle advanced diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and emergency response. You will mentor junior technicians and support the Service Manager on large capital projects while ensuring safety standards across properties.

The role requires substantial technical knowledge, EPA certification, and the ability to lead in the Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in advanced maintenance roles.
• EPA certification Type I, II, or Universal required; CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve advanced issues beyond lower-tier technicians (HVAC, electrical, boiler).
• Lead or train lower-level technicians on procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs; conduct safety and quality inspections.
• Assist service manager with large projects or vendor coordination.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain property appearance.
