Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Support, Level 2 to perform advanced maintenance and repairs across multiple trades. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing HVAC units, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems with minimal supervision.

You will also guide Level 1 technicians, coordinate with leasing teams on turnover and service requests, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations to ensure property operations remain smooth and safe.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with intermediate plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge.
• Demonstrates strong quality and deadline orientation.
• Able to communicate clearly with residents and teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems.
• Perform plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains).
• Handle make-ready tasks and inspect vacant units for rent-readiness.
• Provide technical direction to Level 1 staff.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with general grounds maintenance and cleaning common areas.
