Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a high-level Service Technician Specialist, Level 3, in Kansas City to diagnose complex issues and mentor junior technicians. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, safety, and leadership on large projects.

The position requires EPA certification and strong diagnostic abilities, with experience guiding teams and coordinating with vendors. A background in building automation and property management software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Considerable experience (2-5+ years) and strong troubleshooting skills.
• EPA certification Type I, II, or Universal required; CPO preferred.
• High school diploma; trade school or some college; CAMT certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and resolving advanced issues that lower-tier technicians cannot (e.g., major HVAC, advanced electrical, or boiler issues).
• Leading or training lower-level technicians on company procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Perform safety and quality inspections.
• Assist service manager in overseeing large capital projects or coordinating with outside vendors.
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards.
• General grounds maintenance and repairs, such as cleaning common areas and assisting with trash removal, curb painting, etc.
