Job summary
Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Specialist, Level 3 to handle complex diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and emergencies. You may mentor Level 1–2 technicians and lead in the Service Manager's absence, coordinating with property management teams.
The role emphasizes advanced technical knowledge, strong troubleshooting, and safety/compliance with company procedures across multiple properties.
Qualifications
- Considerable experience (2–5+ years), advanced technical knowledge, and strong troubleshooting skills.
- EPA certification Type I, II, or Universal required; CPO preferred in some portfolios
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and resolving advanced issues that lower-tier technicians cannot.
- Leading or training lower-level technicians on company procedures
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs
- Perform safety and quality inspections
- Assist service manager in overseeing large capital projects or coordinating with outside vendors
- Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards
- General grounds maintenance and repairs, such as cleaning common areas and assisting with trash removal
- Acts as a team lead in Service Manager’s absence
